Ugh! Ballroom dresses are so expensive!

Ballroom competitions are exhilarating, nerve-racking, a ton of fun, and very pricey! Getting your perfect dress can be a challenge--those swarovski crystals can add up. A more wallet friendly solution is renting a dress. For every competition I do, I like to have a new dress. Having the same dress more than a couple of times is boring. But buying a new dress for every competition? Come on, that's crazy! Dress rentals ranges in the $100s-$200s, rather than in the $1000s+ for purchased dresses.

The Perfect Tee-Shirt

Don't get me wrong, I love to be all glam-ed out, but I am in love with a new label that is reinventing the way people think of a slouchy tee. The Los Angeles based brand LNA completely won me over. Their tee-shirts are so soft--and stylish! They also have dresses, leggings and accessories. Their American Apparel-esqe feel really proves that an understated look can be both comfortable and chic.
