Splurge of the Month

I'm usually price-savvy when shopping for clothes--I'm careful with my money! Before you buy something out of your price range, ask yourself, how many times will I really honestly wear this? If your answer is not that much, then you don't really have many practical uses for your must-have-splurge. Skip it!
For me, this dress, is a total worth it purchase! I love it:)
