**BloggerGirls tip: When shopping for a prom dress, sometimes the 'prom' labeled section of the store is not where you'll find your dress. Typical 'prom dresses' are usually layered down with synthetic taffeta fabric & look very cliche prom, in an unstylish, tacky way! Try shopping for dresses in the party-dress section for a beautiful dress that isn't stamped in red, "I got this because it's a prom dress."

**BloggerGirl Favorite!** Hollywood sweetheart- this is dress is stunning, to say the least. The scalloped bodice is classic & sweet. The long gown flawlessly cascades down the back. **BloggerGirls Tip: If you're into flashy showgirl-esque dresses for your prom, I have some great advice. Ballroom dance dresses are completely fabulous: adorned in Swarovski crystals, bright colors, & sexy cuts&fits, (and they come in use for my ballroom competitions, duh!) If you're interested you can always buy one, but like I've said before, renting is a affordable option.

Beachy & relaxed- You don't have to sacrifice your casual vibe for prom. Hey, I know a lot of people will tell you it's your night to be whoever you want to be, but my best advice is, be yourself!! I can't stress enough how important it is to dress in what you feel great in. I find that Neiman Marcus has an amazing formal dress selection. It's not too expensive, they carry a bunch of designer labels & you won't be disappointed with their great selection.
